Delivery
All our parcels are sent out tracked using Parcel Force 48 service. Parcel delivery within 2 working days throughout most of UK’s mainland. Day-definite collections are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a high success rate. 1-3 days are advised to allow for issues.
Parcelforce 48 collections from us are made between 9am – 5.30pm.
Parcel Protection up to the value of £10,000
We aim to send all orders placed on the day by 3pm, so if you order later than that, we cannot ensure it will go out same day.
Please remember that we are shipping glass bottles, and this is never a simple product to send.

Tracking your parcel
You can get text updates for your delivery by giving us your mobile number upon purchase online. If you did not provide that, your parcel will still be sent via the standard Parcelforce 48 service.
FAQs
I am not sure what's happening to my delivery
If you think you are missing a delivery, or something has gone wrong, please try visiting the Parcel Force Contact Page and getting in contact with them via Email or phone to find out what's happening. It could be just stuck or held up somewhere.
If you gave us a mobile number to update you on, you should have been receiving delivery updates from that.
If, following that, nothing is resolved or they are unable to help, please get in touch with us. Our contact information can be found on our contact page or in the footer of this website.
My delivery has arrived damaged or broken
In the very rare instance you have received a parcel from us that contains broken bottles or glass, or where the contents have leaked, please take a photo and send it to us at sales@teignworthybreweryltd.co.uk - and let us know in the email any details that would help us to help you resolve the issue. Please include your name, order number and delivery postcode. Feel free to also give us a call on 01626 332066 to talk the problem over with us over the phone.
We will aim to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
