2. Purchases made on site at Teignworthy Brewery Ltd – for all products which are purchased on-site we only require the processing of payment information, if paying electronically. This will include credit or debit card information which is recorded by our card reader.

3. Purchases made over the phone – for all products which are purchased over the phone we will process electronic payment and contact information. This will include credit or debit card information which is recorded by our card reader as well as your full name, company information (if applicable), email address and contact number.

4. Purchases made at events – for all products which are purchased whilst exhibiting at events, we may process electronic payment if paying via credit/debit card. This information is recorded by our card reader and we do not require personal contact information for this purchase transaction.

A record of your purchase will be kept on file for 5 years for the purposes of record keeping. The legal basis for the processing of this data is contractual.

Whilst at events, we may offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our marketing emails. Please refer to section 2h for more information about how we process and handle your personal data for email marketing purposes.

If a customer closes their account, we may retain some of their information for up to 12 months after to deal with any disputes that may arise.
