This specialist dark red ruby ale is brewed by Teignworthy Brewery to the highest standard. It has ingredients that are entirely sourced from Britian. The malt is from the Westcountry, close to where the beer is produced. The water used has come from the Dartmoor National Park. The hops are from a farm in Herefordshire and are traditional English varieties.
The yeast used to ferment the brew is a thirty year old strain, this we have kept using continuously for 6 years.
We do not use any isinglass finings in Martha’s Mild Bottles, making it suitable for Vegans. All supplies of Isinglass come from overseas so not using Isinglass makes Martha’s Mild totally sourced from British ingredients!
